Meet Our Team
All of our team members at Impressions Dental CG are local girls, dedicated to caring for their community as best as possible. If you would like to learn more about the individuals working alongside Dr. Spencer Weed, please give us a call at (520) 413-4880! We can help you arrange a consultation with our dentist in Casa Grande, Arizona, at a time that fits your schedule.
Roxann is our dental assistant and treatment coordinator, and she has been with Impressions Dental CG since day one! She loves the practice and is so grateful for the work she has been able to do helping us get from zero to where we are now. She helps make sure everything runs smoothly, from treatment care to the look of the office!
Roxann and her husband have two boys and one girl, and she loves all sports — but football the most! “Go Niners!” We are happy to have Roxann on our team, and we are grateful for all the work she has done over the years!
Kim received her associate of applied science in dental hygiene from Phoenix College and has been one of our registered dental hygienists since 2009. She loves the family atmosphere of the office and the relationships she has built with her patients over the years. Her focus is always on providing the best care she can and continuing to build relationships of trust and respect, making sure that your dental needs are completely taken care of.
Kim’s family is made up of her husband, Scott, her son, Brayden, and their two dogs, Bella and Kona. When she is not at the office, Kim enjoys reading, hiking, watching her son play sports, photography and traveling.
Janeen has been with our team for four years and helps us out with our marketing! She loves being able to meet people and introduce them to Impressions Dental CG and Dr. Weed. She is grateful for the opportunity she has to work with such neat people and help so many receive the dental care they need. She is always looking to make new friends, and she really lets our patients know just how much our team cares!
Janeen has been married to her husband, David, for 42 years, and they have four beautiful daughters, four handsome sons-in-law and 11 of the cutest grandchildren around. She takes every chance she gets to spend time with her family, and she also enjoys cooking, shopping and taking care of their dog, Jake.
Jami is our office manager and has been a part of our team off and on since 2010, though she made the jump to full time in July 2019! She received a bachelor’s in organizational communications from the University of Utah in 2003 and puts that to good use! She makes sure that every process of the practice flows smoothly, and she loves helping and learning from every member of our team.
Jami might be a long-time member of the Impressions Dental CG family, but she is a longer member of Dr. Weed’s! They are married and have four kids, two boys and two girls. They originally met playing soccer, but you will have to ask them for the whole story. Jami loves to read mysteries and has even written a mystery novel she hopes to publish one day! We are so grateful to have Jami, and she is grateful to be here: in her own words, “I love my dentist!”
Erica is one of our registered dental hygienists and has been with our team since January 2015. She has a bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Arizona and an associate of applied science in dental hygiene from Rio Salado College, and she is passionate about educating our patients about their oral health. Our patients are Erica’s focus, and she loves getting them the dental care they need while learning about their lives and travels. The relationships she builds with them are precious to her.
When she is not working, Erica enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaime, her Chow Chow, Brüno, and her tortoise, Gunther. She also enjoys cooking and reading.
Maja is our scheduling coordinator and has been with our team since July 2019. She makes sure all our scheduling flows properly and that everyone stays busy. The relationships she builds with our fun patients are a huge reason why she loves her work so much, and she loves how everyone at Impressions Dental CG feels like a second family.
When she is not in the office, Maja enjoys spending time with her family: her parents, Mike and Anna, her sister, Danielle, her two nieces, Lily and Brooke, her two nephews, Bentley and Ryder, and her dog and cat, Zora and Sebastian! We are grateful to have Maja!
Emily joined our team in August 2020 and works hard as our patient care coordinator. She went Red Mountain High here in Mesa, and she graduated from the American Institute of Dental Assisting in 2015. She loves meeting patients and helping them, working with our amazing, friendly staff to get them the care they need. She has worked in the dental industry for over five years, and she loves being able to apply her dental knowledge and customer service abilities.
